• All submissions, including, without limitation, any photographs and testimonials you submit (collectively, “Submissions”), are subject to mynbc.com's Terms of Use, including:
• All Submissions must be original to you, not copied. Please note that you must be 18 years of age or older to make a Submission. You also must have the permission of any one who appears in your Submission or who is mentioned in your Submission.
• By making your Submission, you grant NBC Universal, Inc. a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual and sublicensable license to publish and otherwise use the Submission and the images and likenesses that appear in the Submission in any way that we want, and in any media now known or later developed, in perpetuity including, without limitation, using your Submission in advertising and/or promotions. These rights come into effect upon your sending us the Submission.
• We may elect to use any, all or none of the Submissions and may remove any Submission at any time for any reason. We also reserve the right to edit, crop or otherwise modify the Submissions in any way in our sole discretion.
