1. SPONSOR. NBC Universal, Inc. ("Sponsor"), 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, New York 10112.

2. HOW TO ENTER. Go to /Last_Comic_Standing/voting/, vote for your favorite Comic on Last Comic Standing and check the Sweepstakes box link and complete the official online entry form which includes your full name, complete address, day time telephone number (required for travel coordination), date of birth and valid e-mail address and submit the entry. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by entrant's online carrier will apply. One entry per email address only. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or otherwise misdirected entries or transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error. Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes should any computer virus, bugs or other technical difficulty or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes and in such event to select the winner by random drawing from among all valid entries received up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE SWEEPSTAKES CLOSING DATE: 11:59:59 p.m. PT, July 26, 2006. 3. ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the Continental United States who are 21 years of age or older as of July 12, 2006. Employees of NBC Universal, Inc. ("NBC"), their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliate companies, directors, officers, employees, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) are not eligible. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. PRIZE. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded as follows: A trip for two (2) to the Last Comic Standing finale, which will take place in Pasadena, California. The trip includes round trip coach class domestic air transportation for two from major airport nearest Grand Prize winner's home to Southern California and 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) at a Southern California metropolitan area hotel. Sponsor has the right in its sole discretion to substitute ground transportation for air transportation depending on Grand Prize winner's place of residence. Outbound travel must take place August 8, 2006 and return on August 10, 2006 and Grand Prize winner must agree to travel on these dates or prize will be forfeited. Dates of departure and return are subject to change at Sponsor's discretion. APPROXIMATE TOTAL GRAND PRIZE PACKAGE VALUE: $3,500. Prize value may vary depending upon the actual cost of air transportation from point of departure and return at time of reservation. Travel subject to all applicable travel restrictions as outlined in prize notification letter, availability of services offered and other criteria. All expenses not expressly stated in the package description, including but not limited to, meals, ground transportation, travel from home to and from nearest airport, travel insurance, security and airport fees, taxes, insurance, gasoline or otherwise are the responsibility solely of Grand Prize winner. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of prize permitted (except at the Sponsor's sole discretion), who reserves the right to substitute the prize or prize component with another of comparable or greater value. Grand Prize winner is responsible for all taxes, surcharges and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prize, and for any ground transportation, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades, personal incidentals, and any other expenses not specified herein. Grand Prize winner and respective travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary, including the same departure date, destination and return date, and must have valid travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID) prior to departure, failure to do so will result in forfeiture of prize. Once travel commences, no stopovers are permitted; if stopover occurs, full fare will be charged from stopover point for the remaining segments, including return, of the trip. The Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Grand Prize winner's travel companion (or winner as parent/legal guardian if travel companion is a minor in his her state of residence) must execute a Release of Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law) prior to departure. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. All travel and lodging will be at the risk of Grand Prize winner and travel companion. Certain travel restrictions may apply. In the event, for whatever reason, the Last Comic Standing Finale is cancelled in its entirety, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Grand Prize Winner a trip of equivalent value in the continental United States or provide other substitute prize of equivalent value.

5. DRAWING. Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about August 1 2006, by employees of Sponsor whose decisions as to the administration of the Sweepstakes and the selection of potential Grand Prize winner are final. Potential Grand Prize winner selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning are contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.

6. CLAIMING PRIZE/RELEASES. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by email and/or phone. Grand Prize winner's travel companion must be the age of majority in his or her state of residency or Grand Prize winner must be travel companion's parent or legal guardian. If travel companion is a minor in his/her state of residence, minor's parent/legal guardian must complete and return all releases on behalf of minor. Except where prohibited, potential Grand Prize winner must sign and return to Sponsor within three (3) days of being notified, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release in order to claim his/her prize. If the Potential grand prize winner's notification is returned as undeliverable, potential grand prize winner is unable to travel on dates specified by Sponsor, potential grand prize winner is ineligible, potential grand prize winner declines prize, potential grand prize winner cannot be contacted within twenty-four (24) hours after the first attempt to contact him/her or if he/she and their respective travel companion fail to sign and return the affidavits of eligibility and liability/publicity releases within the required time period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, if time permits.

7. INTERNET. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes (in which event, the Grand Prize winner will be selected as provided herein from among all eligible entries received at the time the Sweepstakes is canceled, terminated or suspended). The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or for the inaccurate transcription of entry information, errors in any promotional or marketing materials, errors in these rules, for any human or electronic error, including but not limited to the administration of this Sweepstakes and/or prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, cable, or other method of connecting to the Internet, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person 18 years of age or older who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

8. RELEASE. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of prize.

9. GENERAL. By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting prize, entrants and Grand Prize winner agree: (1) to be bound by these rules as well as the decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects; (2) to release Sponsor from any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by his/her participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize; and (3) to consent to the use of their names, voices, pictures and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium throughout the world in perpetuity without notice or additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

The failure of Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsor (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force major event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of New York, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of New York. If any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Official Rules, or the breach of any term hereof, cannot be otherwise resolved, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in New York City, New York, and administered by JAMS in accordance with its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures or subsequent versions thereof (the "JAMS Rules"). The JAMS Rules for selection of an arbitrator shall be followed, except that the arbitrator shall be an experienced arbitrator licensed to practice law in New York.

10. ENTRANT'S PERSONAL INFORMATION. Information collected from entrants is subject to the NBC Privacy Policy.
