Having acted since conception, Ben Morrison graduated from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts in 2001 after completing his training at David Mamet's Atlantic Theatre of Profanity. He booked his first stand-up gig in a blackout, he is told, soon after.
Currently residing in the MexiThaiKoreaTownMenia area of Hollywood, Morrison can be seen performing stand-up nightly at all of LA's top comedy clubs, or opposite comedian Robert Schimmel in the new pilot "Hobos," written and directed by Emmy award winner Lee Farber. Morrison is also as the lead and creator of "Thoughtrocket," a new series for Al Gore's CurrentTV, and is the lead on the final season of MTV's hit show Punk'd, which has been airing throughout 2007. In addition, his long-running one-man show "Pain in the Ass," about his hilarious digestive disease, continues its world tour with performances this year across America, Canada and Britain, with more '08 dates to come.
You may have also seen him causing some poor kid distress as a lead on MTV's Damage Control, hawking paninis for KFC, or as the voice of Wolfgang, Volkswagen's temperamental German engineer.
In his free time he enjoys twirling his hair with his index finger and taking a disturbing amount of pictures with his many cameras.
