SIDESTORY'S STORY
Four truly is a magic number for this SoCal band. Sidestory began January 4th, 2006 with four consecutive writing sessions on UCLA's campus. Why is four such a lucky number for Sidestory? Well ... Four writing sessions ... Four hours a piece ... Four members. You get the picture.

The music is fresh, yet familiar and draws upon many of the great pop and rock bands from the past half century. With an open approach to songwriting, the band had one rule in the practice studio ... write songs that have meaning for both the listeners and the band.

These songs that you hear now are the direct result of those first four writing sessions. We recorded, mixed, and mastered these tracks all by our lonesome. What's next? We are in the process of writing another 10-15 songs for an album and we'll be cutting and posting new pre-released tracks for the people we care about the most ... YOU! So, check back frequently and feel free to listen and download these songs to your heart's content. Eventually, we'll have some new tracks for your listening pleasure.
