Three mysterious messages can be found on the 9th Wonders fan site at http://blog.9thwonders.com/cogitoergosum. One is a handwritten note, the other a postcard from Bhutan, and the last a numeric puzzle. Together, they imply that there is more to Drucker than meets the eye, and that he does not want to be found.

In the January 7 graphic novel, a shocking revelation came to light... the man we thought was Richard Drucker was actually his personal pilot, Goose Hampton. The real Richard Drucker died in a plane crash years ago.

On Monday, January 14, Drucker left a puzzle in Hana's email box. When solved, an audio message from the man himself could be heard:
"After I came to the United States, I met Charles Deveaux in New York. We had much in common. He introduced me to his friends. They realized I was special, could hear things that weren't there. Signals in space. In the air. They saw I was filled with the unthinking anger of an insecure child. They tried to use this against me, to convince me, but I saw them for what they were. And so I fled. Perhaps you're right, Hana. Perhaps it's time to right old wrongs. Together, we can destroy their infrastructure, once and for all." Solve the puzzle and hear the message here! |

On Monday, January 21, Drucker pulled Hana into The Company's mainframe, revealing that he is a digital program just like she is! Inside the mainframe, they plot to destroy The Company's computer system but their activities are detected.
