"Grease" is the word, and NBC is looking for the next Sandy Dumbrowski and Danny Zuko in "You're the One That I Want," a new talent competition series where America choose the two leads for a new Broadway production of "Grease" opening in June 2007!

The new production of "Grease" will be directed and choreographed by two-time Tony Award-winner Kathleen Marshall ("The Pajama Game"). Paul Nicholas and David Ian Associates, Nederlander Presentations and Phoenix Productions will produce. Jim Jacobs, the co-creator of "Grease" along with Tony Award-winning director/choreographer Kathleen Marshall and renowned theatre producer David Ian are set as judges on "You're the One That I Want."

"Grease" originated in Chicago and made its premiere at The Kingston Mines Theater in 1971 and went on to become one of the most successful Broadway musicals and motion pictures of all time.

"Grease: You're the One That I Want" is produced by BBC Worldwide Productions. Al Edgington ("Last Comic Standing," "The Amazing Race") and Lou Stroller ("Tomb Raider," "The Rock," "Scarface") and Paul Telegdy, Senior Vice President, Programming and Production, BBC Worldwide, are the executive producers. Suzy Lamb ("How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria?") is a co-executive producer.

Tickets for "Grease" will go on-sale on January 8, 2007. Group Sales are available now by calling Nederlander Group Sales at 212-840-3890.

HOST BILLY BUSH AND CO-HOST DENISE VAN OUTEN

Their fun chemistry and humor make Billy and Denise quite the dynamic pair. Billy and Denise will also roll up their sleeves to do production numbers in the live shows!

BILLY BUSH

Billy is no stranger to television. As co-anchor of "Access Hollywood," he is one of the best-known personalities in entertainment broadcasting. In addition to his on-air duties at "Access Hollywood," Billy also serves as a contributor for NBC's top-rated morning news program, "Today." Billy began his career hosting an afternoon radio drive-time show in New Hampshire, later moving to Washington, D.C. where he hosted a midday show. In March of 1997, Bush brought his award-winning talent for entertainment and humor to the "Billy Bush and the Bush League Morning Show," which aired until January 2001.

DENISE VAN OUTEN

Denise hosted the quirky morning show "Big Breakfast" in the UK and has logged many hours of entertainment reporting. Unafraid to get down to brass tacks, Denise will interact with the contestants to bring out all the fun of this exciting, new format. Denise also has a special connection to the show: she was once turned down by judge/producer David Ian for a part in "Grease" when she was 17, so she knows exactly what the hopefuls are going through. However, her story has a happy ending... she finally won the part of Roxie Hart in "Chicago" on Broadway some years later.
