DUMPSTER DIVE

Anything for love…love of one million dollars that is. That's how Fear Factor couples contestants Meghan Allen and James Wise found themselves competing in the Dumpster Dive. James had to race the clock swimming in garbage searching for canisters filled with pig uterus and cow stomach that Meghan then had to eat.

FEAR FACTOR: When you walked into the alley did you have idea what you'd be doing?

MEGHAN: I think we were prepared all day to eat something because we haven't actually had to eat anything. We've had to drink something. So I was really nervous when I went and I thought I was gonna throw up.

JAMES: Seeing all the garbage and disgusting crud that was laying in the alley was just making my stomach turn.

MEGHAN: We saw the dumpster and I was like there has to be maggots and like all kinds of gross stuff.

JAMES: We thought there'd be like two or three inches of water. And I saw Jim jump in and the water just overflowed and just came over the top of the dumpster. I was like, we're gonna have to swim for this. This is gonna be hard.

FEAR FACTOR: Were you relieved that you didn't have to eat anything?

JAMES: When Joe said you know the girls are gonna have to eat, the weight was just lifted off me. And then I saw her from the dumpster and she was just like choking and gagging.

FEAR FACTOR: Did you get nauseous at all?

MEGHAN: I threw up like three times in my mouth. I just had to like choke it back down.

JAMES: I'm like there's no way we're getting through this. I had all those canisters lined up in the dumpster just waiting. I was like - c'mon just eat it. And she was getting so frustrated with me, telling me to shut up.

MEGHAN: I was trying my hardest. But I got the pig uterus the first time and it was so hard to chew. It was like rubber, you couldn't swallow it, it was just like my body was rejecting it.

FEAR FACTOR: Which was worse to eat, the pig uterus or the cow stomach?

MEGHAN: I was running back and forth so much I was out of breath and it was hard to swallow the stuff 'cause I couldn't breathe. And then I got the cow stomach and it smelled. It smelled just so bad.

JAMES: And I'm like, c'mon, you can do this. And she smacked me in the face with it. And it was disgusting. It was like sweaty eggs. Sweaty, salty eggs.

MEGHAN: You didn't have to eat it.
