The four remaining women met Joe in an old morgue. For their next stunt, each woman would have to lay on a slab, locked in chains and sealed inside a body bag filled with crickets, red worms, super worms, stink beetles and hissing cockroaches. Then each player would be shut into a pitch black morgue drawer where she would have to find the right key from a group of three, unlock her chains, unzip the bag and pull herself out of the drawer. The three women who did this the fastest would move on. Jennifer chose the order since she had the bets time in the last stunt and sent Laura in first. Joe locked her in chains. Next she squirmed as a trashcan full of bugs was dumped onto her. Then Joe zipped up the body bag and slid her into the drawer. Laura had a hard time unlocking herself. Finally, she came out of the drawer with a time of 1:10.9 and shorts full of roaches! Laura worried her time would be too slow. Next was Jocelyn, who admitted a fear of bugs. But the fear must have motivated her because she got herself out of the drawer in just 44.2 seconds. Jennifer chose herself to go next to get it over with. She had a hard time with the lock and seemed to take forever She finally finished in 1:35.7, which put her on the bubble. Kimberly was last and seemed oddly calm despite being claustrophobic. Nonetheless, it took her 1:40 which meant Kimberly was eliminated and Jennifer had barely advanced.
The final three players met Joe at the dock via helicopter. They started by comparing bug bites from the night before, then they saw their final stunt. Each woman would have to make her way across a rope, suspended horizontally from the helicopter, releasing flags along the way. Then each player would have to drop into the water below and swim to a buoy to stop the clock. The woman who released the most flags and completed the stunt the fastest would win. Jocelyn chose Jennifer to go first and she got off to a strong start. She got her legs up on the rope and worked her way across it, releasing all 8 flags. She dropped into the freezing cold water and got to the buoy for a final time of 1:41.3. Next up was Laura. She struggled but couldn't get her legs around the rope to support herself. She dangled by her arms and then finally dropped into the water without releasing a single flag, eliminating herself in the process. Jocelyn went last. She had a hard time getting her legs up around the rope - but once she did, she moved well. She got all 8 flags and then dropped into the water. She raced to the buoy, but just as she was within striking distance, the clocked ticked past 1:42.0. Jocelyn had passed Jennifer's time, making Jennifer the Female Fear Factor champion!
