Since last week was not an elimination week, all five couples still had a shot at winning a million dollars. The first stunt of this week's competition would be for $10,000 and two Sony Cybershot Underwater Digital Cameras. A helicopter approached. A large cage hung from its undercarriage. Joe explained that the women would be locked in the cage, while their male partners would ascend a rope dangling from the bottom of the cage, hand their partners two keys and wait while they unlocked two locks. When both couples dropped into the water, their time would stop. Jackson and Monica were "lucky couple number one." Jackson seemed to have no trouble climbing the rope and soon handed off the keys and dropped into the lake. Monica struggled to unlock both locks, but finally joined Jackson in the water. Final time: 46.6. Afterwards, Jackson vowed never again to scoff at contestants who struggled to climb up a rope while dangling from a helicopter. He said he used to say it looked easy, but now he knows better! Jim and Melissa, who have consistently succeeded at physical stunts, were up next. Jim climbed the rope and handed off the keys before taking a hard fall into the water. Melissa did her part and joined him with a final time of 37.7! Could super couple Adam and Meg beat that time? It would be tough, but it would be sweet revenge for Jim and Melissa stealing their Jeep Wranglers the previous week. Adam made his way to the rope and almost fell grabbing a hold of it. Meg hurried to undo the locks, and hit the water with a final time of 37.5 seconds! A narrow, narrow victory over Jim and Melissa, but two other couples remained.

Meghan and James were next and determined to finally win a challenge. James beat down his nerves and tried to zoom up the rope, but he hadn't even reached Meghan before the time to beat ticked away. Meghan still did her part, but their final time was over a minute. So it was up to Todd and Rachael to snatch victory - and $10,000 - out of the hands of Adam and Meg. The wind was picking up, which would make Todd's rope climb that much more difficult. Todd hit the wall about the middle of the rope and slowed down enough for Adam and Meg to claim victory. Meghan and James also enjoyed a minor victory when Todd plunged into the water before handing Rachael the keys. At least Meghan and James had completed the stunt! In addition to the cash, Adam and Meg won the two Sony Cybershot Underwater Digital Cameras.

The next night, players regrouped to witness the dark, damp stunt that awaited them. As rain poured down in an abandoned alleyway, Joe explained that this elimination stunt would "thin out the herd." The guys would have to forage through a disgusting, rain-soaked dumpster to locate two canisters. The canisters were both filled with pig uterus and cow stomachs. The ladies would have to take each sealed canister down to the end of the alley and locate the corresponding keys to open them. After retrieving the key, each woman would have to race back to the dumpster, open the canisters and eat the contents! If their male partner had retrieved an empty canister by mistake, the process had to repeat until the stunt was completed. The couple with the slowest time would be eliminated and the couple with the fastest time would win $10,000.

Melissa and Jim were first up. Jim started dumpster diving to locate at least one of the seven canisters. The first canister was empty. Jim kept searching the surface, which was eating up precious time. Meanwhile, the other couples were learning from Jim's mistakes. Melissa opened the next canister out and discovered cow stomach. Jim continued his search while Melissa gagged down the "treat". As the six-minute mark approached, Jim found the third canister. Melissa was relieved in a weird way to find the pig uterus inside. She choked it down for a final time of 9:18.5. Meghan and James were next. James found the first canister immediately, but it was empty. He had the second canister waiting for Meghan when she returned to the dumpster. Meghan found the pig uterus inside and struggled to get it down. Meanwhile, James had the remainder of the canisters sitting on the dumpster. After six minutes, Meghan had finished the uterus. Luckily, the next canister she chose had the cow stomach. Could she eat it in time? She swallowed the last chunk for a final time of 8:53.1! For once, Meghan and James were in the lead! But super couple Adam and Meg was next. The first canister contained the pig uterus. While Meg tried to get it down, Adam shouted not-so-helpful comments in her direction. In less than five minutes, they were on to the second canister, which fortunately had the cow stomach inside. Would their luck ever run out? When Meg finished her last bite, their time stopped at 5:35.6. Jackson and Monica hoped to beat their rivals as they stepped up to the dumpster. Jackson got the first canister quickly, but it was empty. The second canister contained pig uterus, which Monica rapidly ingested. The third canister contained cow stomach…so now it was up to Monica to beat Meg's time. Perhaps it was the existing rivalry with Adam and Meg or maybe it was the promise of $10,000, but Meg INHALED that cow. Their final time: 4:42.4! Adam and Meg would NOT be winning this one. Not surprisingly, this led to an Adam and Meg fight - complete with her slapping him!

Todd and Rachael were up for redemption given their abysmal performance in the first stunt. They not only had the power to claim the money, they could also send Jim and Melissa home. The first canister had cow stomach, which Rachael had no problem chewing. After only a little over a minute, Todd had retrieved the canister with pig uterus. Things weren't looking good for Jim and Melissa or Jackson and Monica. Rachael finished eating with an amazing time of 2:49.9! Jim and Melissa were out of the game; Jackson and Monica were out $10,000. Jim and Melissa walked away from Fear Factor Couples with two Jeep Wranglers (stolen from Adam and Meg) and $10,000 for best time in an earlier stunt.
