Jason was up first for the guys and didn't even flinch as hundreds of snakes were dumped on his head. His final time: 4:13. Not great, but could Brian beat it? Brian, a former Air Force locksmith, was ready to go next. He was just as slow as Jason and with less than 13 seconds to go, Brian started on his final lock. He just couldn't pull it out though and lost to Jason by three seconds! If George could beat his time, Brian was going home. George did better than that; he had a final time of 1:33 - the best time out of all the players! Brian was out.
Day two was filled with more graveyard follies. Seven flaming goblets perched on three pedestals gave off an eerie glow in the murky darkness. Armed with only a slingshot and some exploding pellets, players would have to target the goblets - which were marked with either an 8, a 16 or a 24. Whichever goblet lit up on contact would mean the player had to eat stink beetles totaling the number the goblet represented. Big, black, crunchy stink beetles! If all the players completed their snack in the allotted time (15 seconds per beetle), all of them would advance to the final stunt. George was first and it took him three tries to hit a goblet. He hit on number eight and choked down the eight beetles with no problem. Jason hit on his first shot, but got 16! Yuk! He downed them with time to spare in his four-minute time limit. Eleicea tried for eight, but hit on 24! Could she get two dozen of the stinky, squirming beetles down? Yes, she did it! The pressure was on Lexi who also hit the 24 mark. She used her eight minutes wisely and finished the not-so-tasty treat. Everyone would be in the final round.
The final stunt featured a Fear Factor concoction worse than any witches brew and Joe served it up in a mausoleum. Mixed in a large tub of what looked like chicken fat was a sea of cow eyeballs. Buried beneath the eyes and the gel-like substance were 10 pig hearts. Using only their mouths, players would have to retrieve the 10 pig hearts! The player with the fastest time would get the ultimate Halloween treat: $50,000. Jason was up first and slammed his head into the mix with wild abandon. He seemed, however, to forget to open his eyes. He had trouble finding the hearts, but eventually finished with a final time of 3:42. Lexi was next and displayed her trademark hyper enthusiasm before diving into the task. Two minutes and fourteen seconds later, she was covered in goo and had successfully sent Jason packing. George knew he could beat Lexi's time…and he did. He retrieved the ten hearts in only one minute and nine seconds! Eleicea, however, was determined to prove herself to her family and friends at home. She was not a wuss! She pulled back her blond hair, shoved her face into the cow eye mucus bin and fished out those pig hearts in an amazing 55 seconds! Eleicea was the Halloween Fear Factor champ!
