It was no day in the park for Craig and Maria who sat down to a veritable symphony of gross foods representing the worst of the worst of five seasons of Fear Factor fricassee. If they could eat more than their other competitors in twenty minutes they would go home with a prize, if not they would go home with a bellyache as they recount in this week's Tale Of Fear.
FEAR FACTOR: This was a lot of food, a lot of gross food. What was it like when they dropped that plate in front of you?
CRAIG: I thought I was going to throw up right there. I thought I was going to lose everything.
MARIA: It had that same smell, that gross smell, that smell that means you in trouble boy. It was the horrible culmination of everything we had done thus far. Just seeing all that crap on one plate was just overwhelming.
CRAIG: It was everything that you had ever seen Fear Factor mixed into one pile of gross. I was gagging just smelling it.
MARIA: When we first looked at the, the plate too, it was kind of overwhelming 'cause there was so much stuff there. I thought I would go for the squid first, I thought, "it shouldn't be too bad." I took my first bite and it tasted like garbage. It was so disgusting that I just threw it back in with the rest of the garbage
CRAIG: Cockroaches were dying in what we were eating, so it's got to be pretty bad.
MARIA: I was actually hoping that one of us would throw-up on the plate so that we would be disqualified.
CRAIG: Dean was dying to my left. And Leah was crying to my right. And there I was in the middle of them chewing on this disgusting slop.
