Jayson Woolley had a lot to be thankful for after surviving our Fear Factor Thanksgiving Feast. As he recounts in our Tale Of Fear the not so traditional menu of Spider-Gelatin, Green Worms & Beetles left his mouth crawling with holiday spirit.
FEAR FACTOR: What was the worst dish in your Fear factor Thanksgiving Feast?
JAYSON WOOLLEY: The gelatin parts with the spiders were the worst. I don't even know what that was. It tasted like raw sewage and cat urine mixed with ecto-slime, and I don't even know what that is. It immediately wanted to come back up after I ate it.
FEAR FACTOR: What about the worms?
JAYSON WOOLLEY:The first time I felt the worm in my mouth it was just beyond horrible. I bit into it and it was just mushy and chewy and it wouldn't go down. It just sat in my throat. It was like gum, I couldn't break it down. It was the most ridiculous thing, ever. I was trying to swallow them as much as I could and I realized the more I tried to swallow it the more it would try and wiggle its way back up. So I just decided to not touch the worms at all, and move on to the beetles.
FEAR FACTOR: How were they?
JAYSON WOOLLEY:As soon as I put the beetles in my mouth, they started walking on my tongue. It felt like one of them was doing the moonwalk. I could feel it tickling and going backwards. I tried biting it and it was just so nasty to feel those needle-like legs all over my tongue. It was disgusting.
