A blindfolded Amber Hobbs had to rely on her best friend Tabitha Cooper to guide her to a small hole in a wall so that they could transfer mouthfuls of leeches into each others mouths. It was a dirty job that required a lot of trust between the two friends as they recount in this weeks Tale Of fear.

FEAR FACTOR: Amber, what was it like dunking your head in the leeches?

AMBER: It was definitely slimy and it wasn't very pleasant. It didn't smell very good in there either. That smell alone made me want to gag. It was the most disgusting thing I think I've ever smelt. The leeches were really slimy and you could feel 'em moving around all in your mouth, it felt like you had a big loogie in your mouth. It was definitely horrible.

FEAR FACTOR: Were they clinging on to the inside of your mouth? Were they biting, were they sucking at all?

AMBER: The leeches definitely suctioned onto your tongue and the sides of your mouth. It was difficult to get them to come out of your mouth once they had attached themselves. When I was trying to pass them off to Tabitha the little boogers really didn't want to come out.

FEAR FACTOR: What was it like taking a mouthful of leaches on the other side of the wall?

TABITHA: Amber had a mouthful every time she came to the wall and blew as hard as she could. I think she dry-heaved into my mouth one time and I thought I was going to loose my lunch every time I ran em back over to the bowl.

FEAR FACTOR: Yeah, was Tabitha helping you? Was Tabitha giving you direction?

AMBER: Tabitha was a great help. She stuck her finger through the hole so I could find it. Then you just feel how wide the hole is with your lips and open your mouth and just blow everything that's in your mouth into her mouth. I don't think I would've rather done this stunt with anybody but my best friend and that's where the trust factor comes in, because she is my best friend, I trust her and she did really good leading me through that stunt.
