BOX OF REPTILES

Sitting in a box with hundreds of angry geckos and slithering snakes, Fear Factor contestant Rochelle Ovitt had to race another contestant in a game using magnets, dodging bites with every move.

FEAR FACTOR: What was it like when you first got into the box of reptiles?

ROCHELLE OVITT: I go in, sit right down and a gecko automatically climbs on my back and my feet and I started freaking out and I started screaming a little bit. I was very nervous going into this tank full of ridiculous amounts of lizards and reptiles, which I've never touched in my life. I was really scared and then one of the albino pythons was opening his mouth at me. I thought he was going to bite me any second. I was just like oh gosh and I started screaming like a girl.

FEAR FACTOR: What was your strategy once you were inside?

ROCHELLE OVITT: I thought my strategy would have been to hit the glass so that the geckos or the lizards would fall off 'cause they were in the way. But there was just too many of them and they wouldn't have fallen even if I tried to hit the glass. You had to move them with your hand.

FEAR FACTOR: Was it difficult to move around the magnets?

ROCHELLE OVITT: I was more focusing on the animals that were crawling up my legs and my back and the stink that was in there.

FEAR FACTOR: What was the smell like in the box?

ROCHELLE OVITT: It was disgusting. The smell was like the sewage system at a high school boy's locker room. It was putrid. I was holding my nose as I got in. The moment I sat in there I was covering my nose because I would have fainted it was so stinky.
