- Moray eels have a double-hinged jaw, which enables them to eat large prey several times the size of their own heads.
- The moray eel is considered to be the top predator within the underwater reef environment.
BEHIND THE SCENES PRODUCTION PHOTOS

Segment Producer Jason Henry tests the structural integrity of the eel helmet.

Animal Wrangler, Chris Giacolleti, carefully moves one of the larger moray eels out of the holding tank and into the helmet.

Grips, Dave Martinez and Steve Moreno, prepare the rigging to support the maximum 160lbs weight of the fully filled eel helmet.
