Maria Bello spent four seasons on ER as a series regular. She left the show when her character Dr. Anna Del Amico left to work in pediatrics in Philadelphia and be with her boyfriend. Since her departure, Bello has been receiving critical praise for her roles in movies such as "The Cooler" and "History of Violence".
