Before beginning her recurring role on ER as Dr. Kerry Weaver, Laura Innes enjoyed a successful career on the stage, playing opposite John Malkovich in "A Streetcar Named Desire". During her time on ER, Laura picked up two Emmy Award nominations and directed several acclaimed episodes. Today, Laura continues her love of acting and directing, recently helming an episode of "House" - and picking up an Emmy nomination for directing an episode of "The West Wing". Laura is married to a fellow thespian, David Brisbin and the pair have two kids, Cal and Mia.
