SEASON 14 SYNOPSIS Moretti argues with everyone on his first day in the ER, as casualties flood in from the peace rally. Neela eventually shows up with extensive crush injuries and needs immediate surgery. When Gates attacks the guy who planted the bomb, Moretti transfers him to the ICU, where Gates treats Joshua, a dying boy genius.
Abby invites Neela to stay with her while recovering. Neela does her best to babysit colicky Joe, who cries all day long. Pratt is put off when Bettina admits to faking orgasms, but finally agrees they'll work it out together. Morris acts emotionally during his shift. Afterwards, he admits that his estranged father has died. Morris is sad to learn that Hope plans to leave for Caracas. She leaves him with a promise ring, making him a magnet for hot women.
