Stacey, a Beverly Hills native, is definitely not your typical model. Not only does she have the beauty, she also has the brains. Gardner is a graduate of Southwestern Law School and having successfully passed the 2005 bar exam, is now a practicing attorney.

Although she has spent most of her time pursuing her passion for law, she has always loved the world of fashion, entertainment, and sports. Gardner has pursued a career in modeling and television and has been featured on the Style Network, in high fashion salon ads, and as a red carpet host for Fox Sports, just to name a few.

If you're not taken by her beauty and her wit, then beware of her in the courtroom.

Additionally, she will be married in September 2008 to professional tennis player Mardy Fish and the couple will reside in both Florida and Los Angeles. They are extremely excited to begin this new phase of their lives together!

Questionnaire

1. Are there particular qualities you like in a contestant?
There are definitely qualities that I love in a contestant... of course, the outgoing, energetic, bubbly contestants are most fun and seem to get you engaged in their game instantly... however, there are also the contestants that have faced serious hardships in life and voluntarily chose to be open and honest and share this with us and that is a quality that I respect as well.

2. Do you have a favorite contestant, and who was it?
I definitely have a favorite contestant and her name was Breanna Guthard! Although we were unable to air her game due to age restrictions on game shows, we did make a little girl’s dream come true and light up her life! Breanna was part of the Make-a -Wish Foundation and a beautiful young girl faced with brain cancer. It was amazing to me to see such a young girl so well composed and have such a positive outlook on life. She had been faced with such a terrible illness; however, she still managed to have the biggest, brightest smile on her face. It gave me great joy to be able to spend time with her and honestly put life in perspective for me. You never know what life may bring but with a determined and optimistic outlook, you can overcome anything and Breanna is an example of just that!

3. How tough is it to stand in place for the entire taping? Is there I must say standing in place smiling for an entire taping is no easy feat! However, the smiling part is not as difficult as the standing part! Our feet just seem to have a limit as to how much they can take and after about 12 hours I think they have hit their max! Smiling during a taping however never seems to be a challenge... between the crazy fun stuff the contestants do, and Howie's comedic antics, I seem to be laughing and smiling the whole time!

4. What was your most embarrassing moment on the show?
I don't want to jinx myself just yet but I must say I have not yet had an embarrassing moment on the show... but I think the worst thing is probably falling down the stairs, especially if you are in the front because then there is no one in front of you to camouflage this moment! Those stairs are pretty treacherous and with our high heels on, it can easily happen and has happened to some.... I’ve hung in there so far though so keep your fingers crossed for me for season four!

5. What would you like to be doing next in your career?
I think the most exciting thing so far in my career is that you never know where you may end up next. If you had asked me a couple of years ago what I would be doing today I would have probably said practicing law. Who knew that I would be approached for a major hit game show while simply eating lunch at a little cafe? But I think that next in my career, I will somehow put my law degree to use and maybe even do that while being on television. Who knows, I could start a new reality legal television show where the people on the show are each given a case and are assigned to either act as defense counsel or prosecutor and take the case through the whole legal process and fight it out in court. Hmmmmm, interesting idea!

Or I may just become the next female Jerry Maguire, as I am a huge sports fan and representing athletes has always been a dream of mine! We will just have to wait and see!

6. What do you like doing most with your free time?
When I do have free time, I love to travel and spend time with the people that mean the most to me, my family, fiance and friends. I have also been very busy planning the most exciting day of my life, my wedding! I am getting married in September so until then, I will be a very busy bride!

7. What one person, besides your parents, has had the most influence on your life? Why?
Besides my parents, who have had the most influence on my life, I must say that my older sister Gina has had an enormous influence on me. My sister and I are only 2 and 1/2 years apart and have been extremely close our whole lives. Not only is she my sister but she truly is my very best friend and someone that I look up to for advice and encouragement. She has been a superb role model and someone that I know will be by side through thick and thin. If I could create the perfect sister, I would simply duplicate Gina! Life without here truly would not be the same. Gina is also pregnant and due in November so I will be an aunt very soon and cannot wait!

8. Where are you from originally? (If not from Los Angeles) What brought you to Los Angeles?
I was born and raised in Los Angeles, and went to college and law school here as well.

9. What has been a particularly memorable experience in your life, something that really stood out?
A memorable experience in my life that I will never ever forget was in November of 2005 when the bar results were released online and I got on my computer with my family all huddled around me and I typed in my name and bar number on the California bar website and there popped up the most simple yet life altering phrase: "The above name appears on the California State Bar July 2005 Pass List." The feeling of success, pride, joy, satisfaction and sense of self-accomplishment and achievement at that moment is one that I will never ever forget!

And of course, getting engaged on November 13, 2007 was a day I will never ever forget!

10. Now for the important questions: what was your favorite television show when you were ten?
I think I would have to say that "I Love Lucy" was my favorite television show when I was 10 and still is to this day one of my favorites. It's ironic because as a child I never really liked black and white TV, as shows in color were just more exciting to watch, but there was something about "I Love Lucy" that just got me! Lucille Ball is hilarious and an amazing woman and actress. If it's on, I'm watching it!
