It was around this time that she took a supervised test to join Mensa. Her qualifying IQ of 158 put her in the top 1% of the country and she's been a member ever since, even appearing on a cover of Mensa Magazine - who says you can't be beautiful and brainy?

Laura modeled during school holidays, which led to a successful fashion career for two years, but at age 16 she decided to quit to concentrate on her GCSEs (the British equivalent of the SAT test). Her scores got her into Leeds University where she earned an honors degree in Chemical Engineering. She loves science, especially anything to do with the universe, and when not waiting around at modeling shoots she's usually engrossed in a good book such as the "Universe In A Nutshell" by Stephen Hawking.

At university, she returned to modeling and got into beauty pageants. During one memorable summer vacation, Laura spent two months in China and Japan for Miss International as Miss UK and represented the UK again at Miss Europe where she placed 3rd. She was voted the "Sexiest Woman Alive" in 2004 and then became Miss Hawaiian Tropic UK 2005. After college, she returned to fashion modeling and decided to cross over into more bikini type modeling too.

Since university, Laura has been modeling internationally full time and working in many different countries. She now lives between Los Angeles and England and is having a fantastic time! She loves doing sexy shoots for magazines such as FHM and wants to continue modeling for as long as she can. But more than anything, she feels really lucky to have an amazing set of family and friends who love and support her in all the choices she makes and would like to say "a HUGE thanks to you guys!"
