Before Brooke Long was a professional model, actress, host, and cheerleader who cheered for the San Diego Chargers, the L.A. Avengers, the L.A. Lakers, and the Miami Heat, she was an adventurous Southern California girl growing up in Chino Hills.

Long is a born performer who has many talents and rather dangerous interests, ranging from sword fighting to bungee jumping, rock climbing to doing aerial work. This year she has added skydiving. But when not engaging in any of these ho-hum activities, she loves to model, act, host, dance, and sing.

She is the host for HD Network's "Smashbrain TV" and co-host for "Get Out," and has appeared on a variety of television shows including "The Jamie Kennedy Experiment," "Entourage," "Bound for Glory," "Showtime Dreams," "Nikki," "The Greg Behrendt Show," and "Jimmy Kimmel Live."

You can catch Brooke in the upcoming film "The Comebacks," where she plays Matthew Lawrence's fantasy girl. She has also been in "Orange County," "Good Advice," "Tom Cats," "Gigli," and "Little Nikki."

Besides acting, she has graced the pages of magazines like Maxim, FHM, Muscle and Fitness, Teen, YM, M Magazine, ESPN, and Vegas Magazine.

Questionnaire

1. Are there particular qualities you like in a contestant?
The crazier they are, the more I like them!

2. Do you have a favorite contestant, and who was it?
Lots of favorites! Giuseppe is welcome to dance for us anytime!

3. How tough is it to stand in place for the entire taping? Is there something like martial arts training for long-term smiling?
Those high heels are murder on the feet. We work really long days, so by the end of the week, I am dying for a foot rub. As far as smiling, I love to smile, so that part is easy. Plus the girls always make me laugh.

4. What was your most embarrassing moment on the show?
My most embarrassing moment was the time my briefcase flew open. I caught it quick, so it was pretty impossible for anyone to see what was inside, but we still had to have all the cases re-shuffled. Those latches can be sensitive!

5. What would you like to be doing next in your career?
I absolutely love acting and singing. I am working on an album and have landed a few roles in films. I just hope to keep my career moving forward. I simply enjoy performing.

6. What would you like doing most with your free time?
I love the outdoors, hiking, mountain biking, and especially rock climbing. It allows me to calm down and step away from the chaos of the city. Sports are great too!

7. What one person, besides, your parents, has had the most influence on your life? Why?
My sister is my greatest influence. She has always been a great role model and my best friend. She supports me in each decision I make and loves me for who I am. I am so very lucky to have her in my life!

8. Where are you from originally? What brought you to LA?
I am from Chino Hills, California. When I was 15 years old I was asked if I would be interested in modeling and acting. It was a secret dream of mine, so my mom allowed me to meet with L.A.'s top agency and it led me to where I am!

9. What has been particularly memorable experience in your life?
This past year I got the opportunity to be on stage and sing with STIX. It was a surreal experience.

10. Now for the important question: What was your favorite television show when you were ten?
"Saved by the Bell." I wanted to be just like Kelly Kapowski!
