1-Sami and Austin #1

Sami was determined to break-up Austin and Carrie and keep Austin for herself. Sami got a hold of the date rape drug and used it on Austin so he would make love to her. When Austin found out what had happened, he had told her it would never happen again. The next time Sami returned to Salem was to interrupt Austin and Carrie's wedding to announce she was pregnant with Austin's baby. Shortly after Will was born, he was kidnapped and sold on the black market in France. Determined to get their child back, Austin and Sami were forced to get married in order to get Will back. It was later revealed that Austin wasn't Will's real father, Lucas was.

2-Sami and Austin #2

Austin was determined to end his and Sami's marriage in order to be with Carrie. He made it perfectly clear he was going to seek an annulment from Sami after they got married to get Will back. Sami's renewed attempt to keep Austin and Carrie apart backfired and resulted in Austin accidentally running Sami over. She found herself in the hospital, paralyzed and suffering from amnesia. Sami ended up faking her amnesia when her memory came back. She convinced Austin to marry her again, this time in a church in front of their family. But, it was revealed that Sami was faking her amnesia and that Austin wasn't Will's real father. Austin ended up marrying Carrie that day, instead.

3-Sami and Franco

Franco Kelly came to Salem looking for a green card. He decided to romance Sami in hopes that she would marry him. In reality, Franco couldn't stand Sami, but was relieved when she fell in love with him and agreed to marry him. Sami's parents didn't approve of the relationship and they had good reason. While engaged to Sami, Franco pursued a stripper named Candi. Austin caught Franco making love to Candi in a cheap motel and did the right thing by telling Sami about the affair just minutes before her wedding. She called off the wedding and vowed she was going to kill Franco for humiliating her!

4-Sami and Austin #3

Sami was accused of murdering Franco and was sentenced to die for the crime. Austin took Sami and Will on the run in order to save Sami's life. When they were caught, she was set free at the last minute before execution and it was revealed that Lucas was the real killer. Austin and Sami's relationship went back and forth and ended with Austin proposing to Sami. Before they got married, Austin discovered that Sami had lied about Lucas hitting Will all those years earlier, and left town without Sami.

5-Sami and Brandon

After Austin left Sami, she felt lost and broken. She found herself being consoled in the arms of Brandon Walker. Sami was so set on punishing Kate and Lucas for revealing her secrets and lies to Austin that all she wanted was revenge. Through Brandon's love, Sami was able to control herself from going overboard. When Sami discovered that Brandon and Lexi had slept together she fixed the paternity tests for Lexi's baby to make it look like Abe was the father of her child. When Brandon discovered Sami had done this, he left her only minutes after marrying her.

6-Sami and Lucas #1

After Sami's father, Roman had died, Sami hit rock bottom. She ended up finding comfort in the arms of Lucas Roberts. After years of animosity, the two began to grow closer. Despite Kate's constant interference, Lucas and Sami became engaged. They had agreed to elope in Las Vegas to avoid the constant interference of those who did not approve of the relationship. The marriage was annulled when it was revealed that Sami was still married to Brandon.

7-Sami and Lucas #2

Sami and Lucas were determined to get married and begin a life together. Their happiness was short-lived when Kate decided to interfere in the relationship even more. She had drugged Sami and made it look like she slept with Brandon the night before her wedding to Lucas. When Lucas discovered what Sami had done, he called off the wedding. Sami still had no memory on how she ended up in bed with Brandon.

8-Sami and Lucas #3

After Lucas left Sami, a mysterious caller contacted her. The caller urged her to get revenge on all of those who had wronged her in the past. For weeks, Sami dressed up as a man and called herself, "Stan". As "Stan", Sami terrorized the people of Salem and even teamed up with Nicole to prove that Kate had drugged her and put her in bed with Brandon the night before Sami was to marry Lucas. After Kate was exposed, Lucas took Sami back and the two agreed to marry. On the day of the wedding, Kate exposed Sami as "Stan". Lucas was so disgusted by Sami's betrayal, he never went through with the wedding.

9-Sami and Austin #4

After Lucas turned his back on Sami, Austin stepped in to lend her a hand. He gave her a job and helped her get back on her feet. They eventually moved forward and formed a relationship together. Sami was so desperate to keep Austin that she blackmailed Lexie over her affair with Tek. She forced Lexie to tell Carrie that she and Austin shared a genetic defect that would doom the life of any child they were to share. Carrie chose to pursue a relationship with Lucas, while Sami continued a relationship with Austin. Austin eventually proposed marriage to Sami. Sami began receiving mysterious calls regarding her blackmailing Lexie. The caller urged her to call off her nuptials to Austin or her secrets would be exposed. She was forced to call off her wedding to Austin on their wedding day.

10-Sami and Lucas #4

Sami and Lucas caught Austin and Carrie together and Lucas broke off his marriage to Carrie. Meanwhile, Will ran away to Chicago. When Will returned unharmed, Lucas and Sami decided to move in together to keep a closer eye on him. The living relationship brought Sami and Lucas closer as a couple and their relationship strengthened. Sami agreed with Lucas to severe her ties to the mysterious EJ. Sami and Lucas decided to work on a future together and this has resulted in Lucas getting down on one knee and proposing marriage. Now Sami and Lucas have vowed to make it down the aisle to profess their love in front of all their friends and family. Will it go off without a hitch? You'll have to stay tuned to see.
