Anna Walton stars as Susannah, Robinson Crusoe‘s long-lost love and wife on NBC‘s new action and adventure drama "Crusoe."
Walton graduated from the Oxford School of Drama in 2004. While at Oxford, Walton had leading roles onstage in "A Collier‘s Friday Night," "The Country Wife," "The Cherry Orchard" and "Picnic."
Soon after her schooling, she starred in the film "Vampire Diary," which was a cult hit set amid London‘s trendy neo-goth scene. Walton later won a Best Actress award at the Milan International Film Festival for her role in the film. Next, Walton filmed Simon Hunter‘s "Mutant Chronicles," opposite Ron Perlman, John Malkovich, Devon Aoki and Thomas Jane. Walton also has a starring role in Guillermo del Toro's ("Pan's Labyrinth") much-anticipated summer sequel, "Hellboy 2: The Golden Army." Walton was hand-picked by del Toro to play the only new lead character in the film, Princess Nuala, on the recommendation of Ron Perlman.
She has appeared in numerous television productions including "Caravaggio," "The Forgotten Pilot," "The Fast Show" and "Bright Hair."
Walton currently lives in the UK and her birthday is December 18.
