Victim plunged from 16-story window onto parked car.
Physical Evidence:
- Multiple hand fractures.
- Facial abrasions
- Right humerus and rib cage are damaged
- Severe bruising and one deep penetrating wound to upper torso, approximately four inches long.
- Fingerprints on Victim's watchband don't belong to Victim.
Crime scene forensics:
- Victim's apartment - strong bleach order suggests clean up.
- Luminol tests reveal wall-to-wall blood spatterings in apartment; later analysis confirms that blood on walls belonged to Victim
- No prints found.
Conclusions: Victim bludgeoned to death with long, metal object - possibly seven iron/golf club. Then dragged to window and pushed out.
