Location of body: Local park

Physical Evidence:
  • Stab wound indicates use of screwdriver
  • Scrapes on body consistent with it being dragged
  • No defensive wounds on hands or arms
  • Lividity suggests victim died somewhere other than where body was recovered
  • Bruise marks on neck - however, no sign of assault
  • Spermacidal gel residue indicates consensual sex
  • Tox screen reveals high doses of Premarin (post-menopausal pill, wouldn't have been taken by girl this age), as well as Xanax, Prozac, valium and oxycodon.
  • Blood in lungs reveals stabbing was not post-mortem; victim could've been saved.
Conclusions: Victim was stabbed, and while still alive moved to exterior location. Neck wounds and spermacide indicate possible "pleasure" choking during sexual intercourse.
