Location of body: In alley
Time of Death: Difficult to determine due to cold temperatures

Physical Evidence:
  • Crack, PCP, Methamphetamines found on body, not in system.
  • Petechial hemorrhaging consistent with asphyxiation
  • Hair found in bicuspid.
  • Traces of talc in hair. Leads to source of suffocation: garbage bag.
  • Rosary on victim traced to defunct Clement Street store.
  • Trash bag recovered from suspect with "death mask" intact. Clear image of victim stretched into bag proves it was the murder weapon.
Conclusions: Victim was suffocated with trash bag, did not O.D. Bit assailant hard on arm before dying.

Cyenno Acrolate applied to body in effort to reveal fingerprints.

Results:
  • Prints pulled from face - match Victim 2: Councilman Mulroy.
  • No prints in genitalia suggest non-sexual encounter, pelvic exam determines victim was still a virgin.

Name: City Councilman Mulroy
Gender: M Age: Unknown Race: Irish-American

Location of body: In his office - alleged suicide/hanging. No bite marks on body clears him as suspect.
