Leslie Bibb joined the cast of NBC's "Crossing Jordan" for the 2005-06 season as Detective Tallul
ah "Lu" Simmons, the latest love interest of her partner Detective Woody Hoyt (Jerry O'Connell).
The talented actress recently starred alongside Will Ferrell, Sacha Baron Cohen (aka "Ali G") and
John C. Riley in the summer hit "Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby." She also starred in the independent film "Wristc
utters," which debuted at the 2006 Sundance Film Festival. Her other film credits include "The Skulls" and "See Spot Run."
The actress landed her first role in the film "Private Parts," which was followed by her first le
ad role in the USA television series "The Big Easy." Bibb later appeared as the lead character on the series "Popular" and then
starred in the series "Line of Fire." She also guest starred as intern Erin Harkins on "ER."
Bibb was born in Bismark, North Dakota, and raised in Nelson County, Virginia. She attended the
all-girls Catholic high school St. Gertrude's in Richmond.
Bibb currently resides in Los Angeles.
