Limit ten (10) votes per phone number via toll-free or ten (10) votes per email address via online. The Producer reserves the right to change the limit on the number of votes that may be made from each originating telephone number or email address, in the Producer's sole discretion.
  2. How to vote:
2.1. Toll-free. To cast a vote using the toll-free phone numbers, at the end of the show simply dial the toll-free numbers displayed on screen during the show relating to your contestant of choice (For example, call 1-866-I-WANT-01 / 1-866-492-6801 for contestant 1). If you are calling during your valid vote window you will hear a short message thanking you for your vote. There is no cost for voting via the toll-free number if you are calling from a landline. If you are calling from a cell phone, airtime and applicable roaming charges will apply. You may only vote up to 10 times per originating telephone number. Any calls made after your 10th call will NOT be counted, regardless of the fact that the audio message may thank you for your vote. Outside of active voting windows, you will hear a busy signal or local carrier error message, and your call will not count as a vote. A vote window is determined by the time zone (as defined above) applicable to your phone area code. Calls from pay phones will be blocked, so to vote, use a standard landline or cell phone instead.

Power dialing occurs when individuals unfairly influence the outcome of the voting system by generating significant blocks of votes using technical enhancements. Producer will have in place monitoring procedures designed to prevent this type of occurrence on "Celebrity Circus." If Producer or NBC Universal, Inc. believes that power-dialing votes were made, they reserve the right to remove these votes from the final tally. Note that these monitoring procedures also apply to online voting.

2.2. Online voting. If you are 13 years of age or older, you may also vote online up to 10 times per email address. Log on to NBC.com, follow the links to vote, and enter the registration details. To register, you will need to provide your date of birth, e-mail address, zip code, gender, confirm you are 13 years of age or older, and confirm your acceptance of the terms and conditions. After you have registered, enter your vote choice where prompted. You can vote up to 10 times per email address during the active online vote window.

You will have the opportunity to receive promotional materials from NBC.com if you are 13 years of age or older by clicking the opt in box. Information collected from entrants is subject to the NBC Universal Privacy Policy (www.nbc.com).

For full information on how to vote using each voting method, please refer to the FAQs section on NBC.com.
  3. Cost of Voting:
3.1. Toll-free voting. Voting using the toll-free numbers is free from landline telephones. If you are calling from a cell phone, airtime and applicable roaming charges will apply. If you attempt to vote more than 10 times from the same phone number, you will continue to hear the "Thanks for voting" message, although your votes above 10 will not count. Moreover, if you call from a cell phone, you will continue to be charged normal airtime and any applicable roaming charges.

3.2. Internet voting. Internet voting costs are limited to standard access charges.
  4. Scoring:
Every episode's final scoring will be a 50/50 combination of scores from the judges and votes from the public. The scores given out by the judges are added up for each celebrity and turned into a percentage of the total points given out by the judges. Then the celebrity's audience votes are turned into a percentage of the total votes given out by the public. The two percentages are then added together and the celebrity with the lowest total is eliminated.
  5. Disclaimers:
Endemol, NBC Universal, Inc., and/or Telescope, Inc. and their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities and persons (collectively, the "Administrators") are not responsible for and shall not be liable for lost, incomplete, late, damaged, misdirected or incomplete text messages; difficulties, failures or malfunctions of phones (including wireless phones/handsets), phone lines or telephone systems or other communications malfunctions; cellular equipment towers, telephone systems or wireless services; interrupted or unavailable networks or servers; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion or for any technical problem which may cause the voting to be disrupted or corrupted.

If for any reason the voting is not capable of being executed as planned, or if there is an infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures, or if any other causes beyond the control of Administrators corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this voting, the Administrators reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to withdraw the transmission of any vote. Furthermore, the Administrators may permanently disqualify from any promotion any person they believe has intentionally violated these rules, and to terminate or suspend voting at any point and declare the vote results based on the votes up to that point, if it appears that the voting process has been so distorted by hacking or other interference that the results would not reflect actual valid votes should the voting continue. In the event of technical difficulties with the online voting or cell phone voting, Administrators reserve the right to review the votes for accuracy and to take any appropriate action, including, without limitation, voiding the votes cast during the time period in which such technical difficulties occurred. Administrators and their respective agents, officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with this vote. Administrators are not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription of voting information, errors in any promotional or marketing materials, for any human or electronic error, or for votes that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, or late.

These rules are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the Administrators. Notification regarding any such change will be posted at NBC.com.

Caution: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or website, tamper with the voting process, or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the voting is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Administrator reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  6. Conditions for Voting:
Administrators reserve the right to disqualify, block or remove any votes from any individual who votes by any electronic, mechanical or automated means, or otherwise tampers with the vote process, or for any other reason, as determined by Administrators in their sole discretion. Administrators are not responsible for any damages to voters' device(s) that may occur from use of service. Administrators reserve the right, for any reason and in their sole discretion, to modify, suspend or discontinue the voting service without prior notice.

Administrators reserve the right to modify the show's contest rules, and the terms and conditions of this voting process at any time in their sole discretion.

The prize awarded to the winner of "Celebrity Circus" on-air is subject to the terms, conditions, rules and qualifications of that program.
