"Dodge Ram Never Back Down From a Challenge" Sweepstakes Official Rules
September 15, 2008 - November 3, 2008

PRELIMINARY INFORMATION: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. This Sweepstakes is only open to permanent legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are physically located and residing therein, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of September 15, 2008 and posses a valid drivers license. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes. The America's Toughest Jobs "Dodge Ram Never Back Down From a Challenge" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins on September 15, 2008 at 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on November 3, 2008, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET ("Sweepstakes Period"). All times in the Sweepstakes refer to Eastern Time.

TO ENTER: To enter, access the Sweepstakes Web site at http://www.nbc.com/ramchallenge ("Web Site"), click on the Sweepstakes icon or text link, either of which will take you to the Sweepstakes home page, and follow the onscreen instructions to complete and thereafter transmit the entry form. Information required on the entry form (collectively "Entry Information") consists of your first and last name, complete address (including zip code), telephone number (including area code), date of birth, and email address ("Entry"). Entries must be received by 11:59:59 pm ET on November 3, 2008. You may enter once per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit fifty (50) total Entries per person or unique email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Multiple Entries received from any person or unique email address beyond this limit will void all such additional Entries. All required Entry Information must be completed in full. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void. All Entries become the property of NBC Universal, Inc., 3000 West Alameda Ave, Burbank, CA 91523, and Chrysler LLC ("Chrysler"), 1000 Chrysler Drive, Auburn Hills, MI 48326 (collectively, "Sponsors"), and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant who made a potentially winning Entry, Sponsors will deem that the Entry was made by the authorized account holder of the email address. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by an internet service provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any personal information supplied by entrants to Sponsors will be subject to Sponsors' respective Privacy Policies and Terms of Use, posted at http://www.nbc.com/Footer/Privacy/, and http://www.dodge.com/universal/privacy.html. Except where prohibited by law or Sponsors' Privacy Policies, Entry constitutes permission to use entrant's name, city, state, likeness, image, and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity without additional compensation.

Entrants will have the opportunity to receive information from Sponsors and selected partners by checking the appropriate box. If, at any time, you no longer wish to receive materials from Sponsors and selected partners, please go to their respective privacy policies, located at http://www.nbc.com/Footer/Privacy/ and http://www.dodge.com/universal/privacy.html, and follow the procedures indicated.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to permanent legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are physically located and residing therein, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of September 15, 2008. Entrants must have either a valid social security number and/or a valid U.S. personal tax identification number. Entrants must have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance in their state of residence and proof of such will be required if an Entrant is selected as a potential winner. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes. Officers, directors, and employees of Sweepstakes Entities, members of these persons' immediate families (spouses and/or parents, children, and siblings, and their spouses), and/or persons living in the same households as such persons (whether related or not) are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities, as referenced herein, shall include Sponsors, Interpolls, 8 Mills Place, 2nd Floor, Pasadena, CA 91105, and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies and their administrative, advertising, and promotion agencies.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winner will be selected in a random drawing by Sponsors' representatives from all eligible Entries on or about November 10, 2008. Sponsors' representatives will make two (2) attempts within a twenty-four (24) hour period to notify the potential winner at the phone number submitted at the time of entry. The potential winner (if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems winner to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will be required to execute and return (via shipping service pre-paid by Sponsors) an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release (where legal), an IRS Form W-9 and any other documentation that Sponsors may require (collectively, "Sweepstakes Documents") along with a legible copy of his/her valid U.S. driver's license issued by one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia within five (5) days after receipt of Sweepstakes Documents by the potential winner or the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries. By returning the completed Sweepstakes Documents, the potential winner attests to the authenticity of his/her Entry. If the potential winner cannot be reached, if he/she is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, and/or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries. Prize notification and Sweepstakes Documents will be mailed/shipped to a street address within the forty eight (48) contiguous states of the United States only.

PRIZE/ODDS OF WINNING: There will be one (1) prize awarded consisting of a Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie 4x2 ("Vehicle") with an Estimated Retail Value ("ERV") of forty-five thousand and twenty dollars ($45,020) ("Prize"). Interior/exterior colors, vehicle features and options, and all other details of the Vehicle will be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Vehicle does not include the RamBox option. Total ERV of Prize is forty-five thousand and twenty dollars ($45,020). Odds of winning Prize depends on the number of eligible Entries received throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period. Any differences between the stated ERV and the actual Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price ("MSRP") will not be awarded. Any upgrades and options are at the sole expense of the winner. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent will be awarded in lieu of Prize, except that Sponsors, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to substitute a Prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value for any reason. Winner (or such winner's parent or legal guardian if winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems winner to be a minor) must take delivery of the Vehicle at a location designated by Sponsors in their sole discretion ("Delivery Site"). Sponsors or their representatives reserve the right, but not the obligation, to designate the Delivery Site as the winner's residence or a dealership close thereto. Sponsors will use all reasonable efforts, subject to availability, to deliver the Vehicle within ninety (90) days of receipt of completed Sweepstakes Documents (as defined above). Sponsors are not responsible for any delays in the delivery of the Vehicle. In order to accept the Vehicle, winner must possess and present adequate personal identification, evidence of legally required insurance, and a valid U.S. driver's license issued by one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. Winner bears the risk of damage to Vehicle after delivery to specified Delivery Site and Vehicle will be forfeited if not picked up within thirty (30) days after delivery thereto. All reasonable efforts shall be used to provide the same model and year as shown or at least a Vehicle having substantially the same dealer cost. Winner is solely responsible for all travel and transportation costs incurred in connection with collecting Vehicle, all federal, state and local taxes, as well as title and license fees, registration fees, insurance, additional options, and any other costs incurred in claiming, registering, or using the Vehicle, including, without limitation, any costs incurred in bringing the Vehicle from the Delivery Site to the winner's home and any other costs/expenses not specifically mentioned as being included. Vehicle will be delivered solely with the express written limited warranties set forth in the applicable Warranty Booklet. Winner is not eligible for any cash rebate programs. Winner agrees that Sponsors have neither made nor are responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Vehicle, including, but not limited to, the quality, mechanical condition, or fitness, except that the Vehicle does include Dodge's standard new vehicle limited warranty as set forth in Vehicle's Warranty Booklet (see Dodge dealers for full details). All federal, state, or other taxes, including, without limitation, income taxes, are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner will receive a 1099 form for the total ERV of his/her Prize (stated herein). If Winner is deemed a minor, the Prize will be awarded in the name of his/her legal guardian. Any depiction of Vehicle is for illustrative purposes only.

CONDITIONS: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees for entrant and for entrant's heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use Prize; (b) to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes and to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to Prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by the Prize supplier that are sent along with Prize; (c) if selected as winner, to the posting of such entrant's name on and the use by Released Parties of such name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes without additional compensation, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use; and (d) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Sweepstakes itself, and to be bound by all actions of the Sponsors, whose decisions are binding and final on all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: Sponsors reserve the right to terminate the Sweepstakes or permanently disqualify from any promotion any person they believe has intentionally violated these Official Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes or operation thereof is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor, who may seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes should any computer virus, malfunction, or other cause beyond their control corrupt the administration, security, or proper operation thereof. In the event of cancellation, Prize will be awarded from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to the event requiring cancellation. Notice of cancellation will be posted at http://www.nbc.com/ramchallenge. The failure of Sponsors to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsor (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations), or other "force majeure" event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules. Released Parties assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to entrants' or to any other person's computer and/or telephone relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical, mobile telephone service, or computer failures of any kind; for inaccurate transcription of Entry Information; for errors in any promotional or marketing materials or in these Official Rules; for any human or electronic error; or for Entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed, lost, late, damaged, or returned.

DISPUTES: THE SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN NEW YORK, NEW YORK. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JUDICIAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES, INC., IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS STREAMLINED ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF ("JAMS RULES"). THE JAMS RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN NEW YORK. ALL PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH WILL BE CONDUCTED IN THE COUNTY OF NEW YORK. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF.
