John Siciliano is a 37-year-old Paralympic athlete from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. A former college athlete, Siciliano lost his leg in a car accident. He went through lengthy rehab and showed great determination to become a Paralympic athlete. Siciliano wants to show the world that anyone can succeed, despite disability. He currently works as a product specialist for Endolite, a prosthetic manufacturer.
