This Ref means business, so when his whistle blows, even the fiercest Gladiators listen. A California native, Al Kaplon has been umpiring for over 30 years with stints in the Lone Star League, Northwest League, California League, Texas League and MLB. Al's acting career includes film and television roles. He does it all so you don’t want to mess with this Ref.
